Warranty and Returns

1. Product Warranty

  • All computers sold by Infosfera include an 18-month hardware warranty .
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects or hardware failures .
  • The customer should contact us via email at geral@infosfera.pt whenever they detect a problem, indicating the order number and a description of the defect.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Pre-installed software (e.g., Windows, Office) provided as a courtesy.
  • Consumables subject to natural wear and tear (e.g., batteries), except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, liquids, unauthorized repairs, or hardware/software modifications.
  • Software problems caused by viruses, malware, or the installation of third-party programs.

2. Return Policy

According to current legislation, the customer has 14 days after receiving the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered , without damage or signs of misuse.
  • It must include all accessories and be properly packaged.
  • Incomplete or damaged products may be refused or subject to a deduction in the amount to be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of proven defects.

3. Technical Inspection

All returned products undergo technical inspection.
Infosfera may refuse returns in the following cases:

  • Physical injuries (falls, shocks, liquids).
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs.
  • Manipulation of hardware/software that compromises its functionality.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and approving the return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days , using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • The refund will only be completed after a technical inspection confirms that the product meets the return conditions.
  • In the event of a partial refund (due to missing accessories or deductions), the customer will be informed in advance.
